  • What is the difference between "Per Seat" and "Per Device" licensing?
    A Per Seat license enables customers to revoke a license on one device to use the license, “per seat,” on another device. A Per Device license cannot be transferred.

  • How long will it take for the license key to be delivered?
    We aim to deliver license keys within 2 business days of order.

  • Are you an approved Samsung reseller?

  • What level of support is included?
    All Samsung Knox products include 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support via the Samsung Knox Portal for the duration of the subscription.

    License keys will be emailed direct from the Publisher to the email address provided at the checkout.

  • I am an existing Samsung Knox customer. How do I add license keys to my existing deployment?
    Provide your Knox Customer ID during the checkout process and we'll request the new licenses are added to your existing service.
